These foundational lifestyle factors—such as clean water, non-toxic personal care products, air quality, cookware, and a nourishing diet—often go unnoticed but have a huge impact on hormone balance and overall wellbeing. In the fast pace of healing protocols, these essentials were frequently overlooked, yet they form the bedrock for sustainable change.
From my own journey of balancing hormones and reclaiming my health holistically, I witnessed firsthand the significant difference that small but powerful lifestyle shifts can make. I understood the toll that slipping back into old patterns could have, and how profoundly the environment influences hormonal health beyond clinical interventions.
